I like the reports that show where your company stands among other companies. The interface is also well designed.

G2 makes it so easy for us to gather unbiased feedback about our organization. Beyond collecting amazing badges, I really appreciate the back end view of what a variety of customers/users think about our featuresets and an in-depth look at how we rank against our competitors. We compile a quarterly report of this data in order to stay close to this data. I also like being able to see which prospects are investigating our company so we can approach them proactively. The reviews are easy to gather, the badges are easy to implement and the data is easy to consume. What's not to love!? Our account executives are also very helpful - there when we need them!
