Futr has brought about a way of working the allows the company to upload relevent/current infrmation for our customers to view before making that decision to call in.

This is a great, customer friendly chatbot that is very easy to use. I really like how it identifies unanswered questions so that we can continually review and improve on this area of customer service. The system itself is easy to navigate and is easy to update and make changes. The dashboard provided is great for monitoring and providing feedback. Alice is an absolute pleasure to work with and nothing is ever a problem. She is so helpful, patient and accommodating.
