I like the customer support the best. The staff at ProPayroll are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product. You can ask a question to anyone at ProPayroll and if they don't know the answer (most of the time they do), then they will make it their priority to ensure that they find out and get back to me as soon as possible. I also like the fact that the transition wasn't too difficult coming from a bookkeeper doing my payroll to having ProPayroll doing it. I gave them my requirements and they setup the rules in the system to get the time-keeping and payroll going.

Hands down BEST Customer Service. I have used the other payroll companys and was so tired of sitting on hold for long periods of time.....Or being told "Leave a message". As we evaluated potential payroll systems, the ability for the ProPayroll system to be tailored to our needs and use while remaining a very robust and functional system was a huge plus for us. It has been very reliable and the staff team has done a great job in helping us set up the system, train our staff and employees, and respond to our questions and needs as they arise. The ability to access the payroll system as an administrator wherever I am using my smartphone is an added advantage as well. The staff who have to clock in and clock out have appreciated the functionality of the system and the ability to access their payroll information 24/7 is a huge advantage for them. We have been very pleased with system.
