My favorite aspect of the system is that we have really been able to customize it to fit our needs. Most of this customization is via settings changes or slight alterations on the back end. As time goes on we continue to learn more and more about the system and are able to make these adjustments ourselves as needed. However, if I ever need help I know my support team is a phone call or an email away. I'm constantly impressed with the follow-up time with any questions or issues we run into.

Any questions or issues that arise, I know the staff at Fuse (previous ProPayroll) are just a phone call away. They are always knowledgeable and know our company. I don't feel like we are just another customer. I feel we get one-on-one support.

The customer service is superb - they are always willing to take the time to help out right away with any concerns.
