I love that it brings together both structured (product usage, training stats, how many users have used feature xyz) and unstructured data (call data and sentiment, meeting notes, email content) to bring to life to a full view of a customer but also start to model learnings across the customer base from all the information collected. I'm now able to get proactive insights on leading indicators (drop in usage, change in engagement, etc) before I have a lagging indicators (churn or renewal). The insights and out of box analytics I have are superior to any combination of dashboards I get from SFDC, Looker, etc.
Also, implementation was so smooth and we had a working model in less than 2 hours of configuring our instance. I also love their support model and onboarding approach and use of Slack to keep all questions streamlined and answered.
