Friendly/recognisable UI was instantly familiar and our admin users were able to pick up using the editor with barely any training. We replaced markdown editor that was a bit of a pain to use to edit content of the sites with Froala editor. Our developers squealed internally with joy/adoration during integration. Froala worked pretty much out of the box and we added fancy Amazon S3 image handling on top. Being able to flip to HTML editor is an added bonus.
