I like the different options that they are providing while creating a segment or a trigger. Basically, I can use any user events that I sent to their system. Building desired targeting queries is easy.
Segmentation&Targeting: If you are collecting correct data points from your users, you can create almost all the combinations to segment them. It allows you to go query as deep as possible.
Automation: Triggering certain campaigns real-time to reach your customers has never been so easy to setup yet powerful. Triggering events can be almost anything. Also defining exception events prevent it to launch unnecessary campaigns.
Frequency caps: Normally I'd ignore this feature while deciding which platform to buy, until you discover how important to use it. Frizbit gave full support to define frequency caps either global or per campaign.
Campaign editor is my favourite. The number of preview options are much more compared to similar products. Having different previews for different OSes/Channels/Browsers helps us a lot to pick best wording for our campaigns.
