I really like the ability to save up the points and then using it for a bigger thing. So far that's what I have been using it for, it really helps with travel plans. But I also like that there's flexibility in terms of what I can use it for because sometimes if I don't need it for travel I can just use it for spas, or even clothing which is really nice. Plus, when I redeem the points I get an instant confirmation.

I like that there are a lot of options to choose from and easy to check out the points.
