Fringe figured out a way to seamlessly partner with some of the best companies,events etc out there. The turnaround time for point usage is incredible. I have never had an issue with any vendor thus far.

I love the variety of choices for rewards. When my employer first adopted Fringe, I mostly redeemed points for everyday/necessary rewards like Uber for transportation or Instacart for groceries. Now that I've had more than half a year to accrue points, I finally started redeeming them for fun items, which I would imagine is exactly what my employer wanted. It's been really nice, because I wouldn't normally spend money on fun non-essentials, and when I use Fringe points for those kinds of things now, I think of my employer and what a nice perk it is.

I like that it has many different things on there to choose from. We're not boxed in with having to pick the same things over and over again.
