Works Perks that Boost Team Moral
I'm going to be honest - I was skeptical about fringe when we switched over to the platform about a year ago. However, it's great. I love giving my colleagues points throughout the week from the company pool. It's a real moral boost and *kind of* like a v mini bonus. I just booked 3 nights of lodging in an upcoming trip to Costa Rica with my family using my points!

Great way to give your employees a choice of what they want.
Choices. I enjoy that I can choose what I want to have my fringe benefits spent on. I can be responsible and add it to my Health Savings account or I can buy a spotify subscription for 3 months. It's up to me and I can change each and every time. I'm not locked into a choice for the whole year either.
