I love the flexibility I have in using my Fringe points. There is such a massive selection of places I can cash my points with. Real-life places I'd use, unlike other benefit places.

Every month, my company gives each employee a certain number of points to spend on whatever we want on Fringe. I basically always cash in my points to get DoorDash gift cards since I regularly order food from them anyway. I really appreciate this perk since it's basically free money for me to spend on tasty meals from my favorite restaurants. Redeeming the points is easy and straightforward. Any points you don't spend in a given month, automatically roll over to the next month.
