The usual approach to securing company benefits tends to be a "one-size fits all", a paradigm Fringe happily turns on its head. By making benefits more fungible and customizable for individual employees, Fringe allows for employees to get the most out of corporate benefits and actively utilize benefits. With a good array of offers, Fringe has made it easy for me to find benefits for services I'm already using (i.e. NYTimes subscription) and expose me to newer ones I may not have considered (i.e. local massage/spa treatments).

I love Fringe because it is easy to use and navigate. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. I had an expired reward from one of the vendors Fringe partners with, and Sheri J reached out to that vendor to see about allowing me to reactivate my unused benefit. She was able to get it reinstated for me.
