Fringe is extremely user friendly! The organized filters help to find exactly what you're looking for, and redeeming points is even easier. I've never had trouble redeeming my rewards.

I've been using the Fringe recognition system for our team, and it's been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the platform is very user-friendly, and I appreciate the ability to re-gift or send my Fringe points to other employees. While it's a good tool for recognizing employee efforts, the redemption choices could be improved to better suit everyone's preferences and provide more meaningful options at lower point values.
