My organization uses fringe as an employee benefit and I love it. From an employee standpoint- I am able (at no cost to myself) use fringe points for things like massages, working out to airplane miles which greatly benefits my perception of work/life/balance.

My work place uses Fringe as one of the benefits for the employees. I love Fringe, I have always had a super quick easy process of checking out and getting my cards. One tim I had an issue with something but I got support literally almost instantly and the issue was fixed. Nothing but great things to say about Fringe.

i dont take Ubers often since i try and take public transit everywhere in NYC but if I need it, I never have to pay for it b/c I use Fringe points to buy Uber credits. so fringe really saves me money I would've had to spend anyway, so I think of it as a little monetary bonus, b/c it is. yes it can be fun for treating yourself and discovering new treats and products and services, but I use it as a utility -- which I truly appreciate.
