If you don't mind having clients know that you're using a free conference call service, it's perfect

Free conference call is a really flawless conference call service. It works excellently for basic conversations and I find it to be much simpler than WebEx and other more complex conferencing services. Obviously, there's limited functionality, but it's more than enough for 99% of my client interactions. They send you an email summary of the call after each instance.
