So when I originally reviewed this, FCC was still fairly new and people were gaining momentum on its use. Now that the pandemic has challenged everyone in communications, etc., there are several new services that can be used. I did like the ease of use, the ease of sharing the phone numbers and access numbers. And end users seemed to find those qualities beneficial as well.
