The collaborative and transparent approach to OKR and goal setting really suits our team, it allows us to share notes, collaborate on goals and get visibility into how what we do is adding value to the company. The platform also encourages connections, you can connect with people with similar interests, those looking for coaching, mentoring etc can share interests and connect. Feedback and praise can also be given through the platform. The interface is friendly, easy to use and engaging which also encourages use of it. We have also been able to run NPS surveys through Frankli and the process was seamless.
