I like being able to track the success of our e-mail campaigns. We have just started the program and have yet to implement our drip campaign but we are looking to taking on this task as well.

I like that if I have a question or concern, I get fast and courteous support! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond. The system is easy to use as well. After many years of working with FWM and the DSS system, I feel like they are always working to improve things and create new features that work for our office.
