For me, the most important aspect is the integration with HubSpot. An easy automation that creates new deals each time a form is filled. Also cool to be able to test a lot of their features in a free plan (completely different from the free plan of that other app which you know I'm talking about). The whole app is super easy to use. Advanced features are also easy to understand.
