It is everything you might want o regards forms. It is easy to use, verdatil, very complete. I am amazed by all the apps you can connect your forms with. No doubt this is a great platform. You can create surveys, gift cards, recommendation, appointments, and many other forms with different formats , backgrounds, colors etc. Editing is very simple. It very much looks profesional. Bug was preventing me from opening my forms and customer support reply with inglesa than 3 hours, this is just great! This is just 20 out of 10.

The overall multi platform experience and approach to building and maintaining the forms you create and how easy it is to switch between devices. Also the sheer amount of intergrations that work with the app.
