It is so user friendly, modern and saves us so much time collecting patient information.
Easy user interface, extensive training and customer service and patient friendly. No more asking for insurance cards and ID's at the front desk. We can easily obtain, save and transcribe patient information.

We like that we can easily share our forms with our patients. Since integrating FormDr. into our practice, we have had very few issues with form completion. We also appreciate that we can create multiple forms to suit our needs and have the ability to share forms via email and text messaging. There customer support has been very helpful when we have needed them.
