I love that it is easy to navigate the file and gives customers an update. Also like that they have people available for training

I like the notification I get once a doc has been uploaded. Support is awesome!

I like that it is user friendly for both me as the LO and for my client. I rarely get calls telling me they can't get it to work, can't upload documents etc. Which I used to get from my old system. Being able to customize questions is also helpful. I really like that I'm able to customize the required documents for the type of loan needed. It has helped to prevent burn out from repeatedly having to go back to them asking for more documentation.
