And if you have a lot of loans in the pipeline, it can be a full time job just to keep track of all of them especially when you have different timelines to meet on all loans. Floify makes is SOOOO much easier because 1. you can send document requests that are 100% custom to the borrower and loan type with the click of a button. 2. you can set custom due dates on each loan so you never miss a deadline again. 3. I don't have enter the same data multiple times be cause it synch and my CRM and creates a fnma file so I can drag and drop that into my LOS. 4. You never have to 're-check' if someone sent you a particular document or if they sent you all the documents, because the auto notifications in the system tell you. 5. The auto notifications it emails and texts to the borrower and all parties involved is a great time saver as well.
There are many features I really like and I could go on and on about but rates a are low and I'm busy and Floify has certainly been a help in that.
