The main thing I like is the UI/UX design, especially how simple it is to work with during team collaboration. My team used it while working on my fatigue monitoring project, and it made communication a lot easier overall. The small features also make it easier to track work and stay organized. In my experience, it works best for small to medium team sizes. It makes easy integrations with the team and overall increases the performance of the work.

I find Flock really amazing so far. The best part is it's user-friendly like WhatsApp and Slack, which makes it easy to call any Flock user and create different channels for specific groups like Engineering and Products. I can set up custom reminders for messages when I'm waiting for a reply and have internal notes visible only to me. The integration with JIRA is also great, allowing me to track status directly from Flock without visiting JIRA separately. Plus, Flock is cost-effective with good customer service; the team is responsive and ready to make changes. The initial setup was easy, taking less than a week.
