The fact that I can have both of my gyms locations under one app, so people can choose which location they want to go to. In the past, I've had to have two different accounts, which meant two different monthly payments. This does it all and for less then I was paying for one account with all the others. It also integrates well with my marketing software go high level. Anyone that enters into Fliip, gets entered into GHL. Also the customer support is hands down miles above two of the three past CRM's I've used and still better then the 3rd. Highly responsive and always willing to jump on a call to go in more depth with any issues I have

It's the automations. A lot of thing can be automate (Sending email, payment, registration, etc) and the thing we can't automate are easier to do with FLiiP.

What I like most is mainly the ease of use, the complete reports and above all the excellent customer service and proactivity of the Fliip team in helping us or adding options, each one more innovative than the other.
