The workouts that FitOn Health help one to get rid off can be taken at any time and they are efficient. The teachers are very inspiring, and the fact that I can get a few of the classes for free (HIIT, yoga, strength) every week is a great opportunity to always go with the flow. It is so convenient that I can always find time for a workout whenever and at whichever place I am at.

FitOn has a good and smooth UI. It works well with both the Android OS and iOS platforms. The free classes include cardio, strength training and meditation. The live streamed classes run seamlessly on my mobile. Classes can be filtered based on intensity required- low, medium and high. I use it as my training app for four days in a week. The customer support and community forum are useful.
