It's easy really simple to use. First you download this as an add-on. Then you access it from google spreadsheets and choose which data you want to sync (steps, calories burned, heart rate, etc). You just press the button to sync it with your google fit. It puts all the data (from the start date you select) into a plain but easy-to-read spreadsheet.
