Great experience so far, customer service is very helpful and the system is very user friendly.
The cloud-based interface enables our remote CPA firm to collaborate both internally and externally with greater efficiency. I also find the ability to use templates created by other users extremely helpful during the setup process. Although I am still new to the system, I can already say that, having previously used TaxDome, this platform offers significantly more advantages. Additionally, our representative has been excellent.

Great Client Task Integration, but SMS Notification Feature Missing
I really appreciate how client tasks and uncat are integrated, as it makes it incredibly easy for clients to view everything in one place and receive notifications whenever there are new items.

Newer company but great product
It is logical and supports efficiency and keeping track easily. As someone who can both take in a lot of data, but can get lost and overwhelmed in the weeds of too much info at once, I really like how I can filter. Clients have overwhelmingly found it very easy to work with as well.It was also very easy to start using out of the box.
