1. This is the first project management software I have found that is affordable and doesn't require a PHD in Computer Science to figure out how to use it. It is super easy to use and no need to constantly refer back to demos or instructions. My employee was able to figure out how to use it with zero help from me. 2. Clients can add tax docs to their file instead of sending me multiple emails. This saves me time and also means I won't accidently miss something. 3. From the dashboard I can easily see where we stand on projects and what my employee is up to.

I love that it has time tracking built in and that it has a place to record conversations with clients

Consolidates our entire firm's "to dos" into one view. The program is also fairly customizable which really allows firms to make it their own. Super easy to use and setup!
