I'm a new user and still learning all the features of Financial Cents. I found Financial Cents easy to use and set up and yet still has the ability to build the workflows for your business - getting functionality from the product at the start is great, as I have found other software very time consuming to understand. I like the workflow, and project tracking giving me the ability to see what is going on. An additional feature for clients is for them to join Financial Cents and communicate directly through the product and the ability to upload confidential documents, and this was an easy process.

The ability to change the workflow views for each team member so that they can see their own work in a way that suits their style. As management we love the capacity report to see who has time for the new clients we sign on. The client dashboard allows everyone to be able to see at a glance all the important information pertaining to that client. The relationships tab allows us to jump easily between all related businesses and that saves us a ton of search time.

Our small firm was looking for an affordable solution to our spreadsheet project management. We needed something that would solidify our workflows, see project status across the firm, and allow for team collaboration (without having to use email!). Financial Cents has hit all 3 of our must-haves. We have loved the accessibility of help and the feedback the company is continually seeking from users.
