The system is approachable, and works with ShipStation and Shopify, making my life easy. AND - they have the best support ever. I was able to have a series of phone calls in onboarding, getting my system set up and my procedures in place. This onboarding wasn't extra or additional. I'm very confident in my system and the functionality now. The import system is great too - both automatic and manual import/export.

Overall Finale is very customizable which our team needed. I enjoy the different options I have to look up prior sales orders and it's very easy to create invoices. I also appreciate having a customer's complete order history easily pull up.

Fast and relatively simple to use. Imports by excel. Can make inventory bins and walk paths. Inventory scans are possible and easy connection with a shipping software like ship station. Batch labelling is great with the batching for purchase orders.
