One of the biggest features our system enjoys is the multi-platform support that Filewave gives. Having the ability not to worry about what technology items will be supported or which ones won't is a big advantage for us. One of problems a large school system has includes having various devices added to the list of supported devices without any indication they are coming. FileWave is the all in one Swiss army knife of device management tools. We chose this product because of its ability to help us with managing our iPad's, MacBook's and Windows PC's. The support and leadership are also the reason our company chose FileWave. They really listen to the customer and want to make the experience a positive one. They believe the product is the what makes "IT the Easy Button". In many ways FileWave has done that for us. I am not sure how we could manage over one thousand devices on a daily basis with out it!
