The easy access and application.It is easy to use with any device. We all have iPads that we use this product on. It beats the heck out of our stone age paper and pencil ways. We would like to have less paperwork, and more emailing. This product provides a way for that. You can archive invoices and print them out, whenever you want to. We love coolfront and the other things you can link to it, like quickbooks and your customers info. It saves all the information from previous

Great concept when it works

The App is easy to use to some level, For the technicians, it is easy to find items and they can even see the picture of the items. Techs can add pictures from the field and attach it to the customer's profile. Incoming calls, we can see the existing customer information before we answer the call.
