Unreliable Security, Slow Support
It is unable to provide protection, for applications through its poor web application firewall (WAF), and the configuring rules and potential cost increases are difficult. There are also drawbacks related to monitoring data traffic and vulnerabilities to security issues.

SSO integration with high pricing
Gen WAF provides Single Sign On (SSO) integration. Having all management tasks, in one place is an advantage for me. But prices are high which is its drawback. It is not good enough for securing our web application.
