The interface is very well designed. It's uncluttered and very intuitive to navigate. I can always get to where I need to be or find the information I require without any problems. There are sometimes techincal questions or issues that I cant resolve myself. On these occasions I have found the support pages and email/messaging support to be very prompt and helpful. I've not experienced any issues with server downtime so far and I've been with FastHosts for many years.
