Falconstor is good but difficult to install and run
Recovery is very easy to do. All you need to boot the recovery CD, Configure the network, and the disks are restored. Its also easy to mount a snapshot and do recovery.

The user friendly interface which helps even the new person to the software understand it well.
It has the capability to automate backup and restore according to the need of organisational.
The backup and restore process is seamless, one can easily restore a full system backup in very less , that's quite a good part of it and this has been the most likely thing about this software.
