I cannot say anything good about Ezvet software. I have been practicing for thirty years and had to change my previous software to Ezvet for a partnership. The software was delivered with "holes" throughout the system. I spent three months in training before launch, which was a total waste of time and wasted hundreds of hours of valuable time.

It is very customizable to suit our needs.

the hospitalization information is displayed well and the integration with "Smart Flow" is improving with time. The diagnostic request and result tabs make things difficult at times and duplication of charges/results happens too often. I have a lot of complaints from both Doctors and Technicians in this area, which results in unnecessary repeat runs and blood draws which can be time consuming. There are options in the diagnostic tabs that do come in handy, but the communications and discharge information are not easily located or concise in my opinion. The program has both flaws and perks, but being a young system I am sure it will improve with more use.
