It's very user friendly and the back end is robust so you can add discount codes, custom templates and tours as well as see everything for a weekly tour easily. The Dashboard is nice and you can see what you've sold both in numbers and then in a graphical format for the day, last 7 days and for the month. In the beginning they were very helpful but now that we are a customer a bit less so. We had a lot of trouble integrating with TripAdvisor at first but we fixed that and EZ-Tix does integrate with their system.
