The service and team will help guide you through fraud protection issues. I have seen many areas where standard fraud protection from hosting companies will not suffice and can end up costing a company tens of thousands of dollars (and not to mention the many hours spent on trying to resolve a fraud/non fruad case).

Eye4Fraud is a great company to work with. Extraordinarily flexible and amenable to any changes. The rare technology vendor you aren't afraid to approach with a change request. They have caught a number of fraud orders over the years, and have given us the freedom to not have to worry about that side of the business at all.

We were requiring billing and shipping addresses to match to help prevent fraud. Since going with Eye4Fraud we were able to stop doing that. Result has been a better customer experience and the increase in orders practically pays for the service. We have not had a single chargeback since starting with Eye4Fraud, but I know that if I do they have it covered. Also, Eye4Fraud customer service is extremely good (10/10 level). I would highly recommend them.
