They have an end to end solution to support your enterprise/organization. The hardware is user friendly, the GUI of the switches is easy to use and understand. The initial setup is also very convenient. I have come across stack switches which are easy to setup. In the scenario one can manage all the switches in stack with one interface thus avoiding the overhead of logging into individual switch each time.
