As an accountant, it allows me to get support for receipts easily from other departments, such as IT. They are often buying things with the company card that I need support for for audits. Extend takes away that extra step of communication. I also like that the site is easy to use and it is intuitive. The implementation was simple, which we appreciate as we deal with lots of vendors. Integration has also been relatively seamless. I would like to learn more about extend to take full advantage of all it offers, and I would use it more often than I do now. While we haven't had to use customer support too often, it has been super helpful when we have had to use it. Overall a great product at competitive pricing, and I would recommend it to fellow colleagues looking for a similar solution.

I can see who purchased what without having to issue physical cards. It's easy to use. It's easy to add and remove users and cards.
