I love how user friendly Exact Estate is. I use it daily and from the first use - I had it down. Which is saying alot for me - haha. The jobs I do used to take me loging in to multiple sites - now those are all in 1 place.

The thing I like the most about Exact Estate is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 4 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use. There are many reports that can be generated and functions that can be completed that you can't necessarily do in Yardi, Onesite, etc. I use Exact Estate frequently and can use it almost anywhere. It is easy to implement new ideas. I enjoy the simplicity of how exact estate integrated with the residents so tenants can pay online and request a maintenance workorder.

The best thing I like about ExactEstate is the resources that are on the homepage and its easy to find what your are needing to complete a application or task.
