changed the way i work as a customer success manager

it allows me as a csm to better track what my clients are doing and keep up to date with their movements within the software. I like that it increases communication, and is a one stop shop for them to access any workflows or training resources. The customer support are always available and the UX for clients is easy for them to use.

Scaling up Customer Success with EverAfter

The customer interface is so easy to customize to the customer's needs and to share. I also love the Slack integration, with that integration I'm able to know exactly what activities were done on the hub and follow up accordingly. I use EverAfter pretty frequently, at least once a day. It helps me greatly in my reach-out efforts and customer support.
