A great collaborative solution to improve the way we work with our customers

The integrations really help to centralise and connect everything in one place - being able to show Zendesk tickets in EverAfter and receive Slack notifications when a customer viewed their account is really useful The UI is clean and very user friendly Support are very quick to respond to questions/issues
