Taking the customer journey seriously

I love EverAfter's attention to detail, their responsiveness to questions and feature requests, the development team works amazingly fast which is great for fast-moving customers such as us. The CSM assists us with any issue, however minor it is and gives invaluable tips. The integration with SalesForce is very good and allows sharing information with other teams (Sales, Marketing) seamlessly and painlessly, saving the CSMs time and hassle.

Great all in one solution for customer engagement

EverAfter is incredibly helpful for localizing all messages to our customers and ensuring that all of our customers have one location for all of our company updates and information. It allows our CSMs to speak 1:1 with clients regarding To-Do items or updates while also being a one to many solution for information that needs to be shared to a wider audience.
