Easy to use with phenomenal support

It was very easy to setup and launch EverAfter. We can iterate on the setup by building new kits and widgets that can be fully tested prior to pushing the view live to our partners. The support we received during implementation and migration onto EverAfter was phenomenal. Shachar asked great questions and has a good understanding of how we are using EverAfter with our partners. He provided suggestions on how to effectively setup EverAfter so that our partners have the best experience. Their development team is agile and always listening for new features that would help make EverAfter a better product for us and our partners. I love that we can serve up specialized content to our partners based on the information that we have within Salesforce. This is making my job of managing content for our partners much easier.

Easy to set up, and makes coordinating with our clients a breeze

We spent a long time jumping between different platforms when onboarding clients, but now, information, communication, resources and ongoing support is all provided via EverAfter. The onboarding support we recevied was faultless, and guidance has been there whenever needed. We've also integrated a few additional tools we use, such as Sharepoint and ZenDesk to make the experience seemless for the client, regardless of their project status.

Delivering better customer outcomes at scale

It's helped our whole CS department deliver a better experience to customers from right inside of our application We can more easily establish joint accountability during each phase of the customer lifecycle by spelling out checklists of who owns different tasks to make customers successful Previously, we had a ton of customer offerings (trainings, office hours, webinars, etc.), but they mostly lived on our marketing website, where a customer may not go. Now, we advertise all those offerings, support center, and resources right inside of the portal in our application It's easy to get started with a simple pilot kit and then iterate, so time to value is almost immediately EverAfter provides the ability to create kit templates, but still the functionality for the CSM or Implementation Specialist to modify a particular customer's kit to make it work for them EverAfter support is top notch! They keep releasing new features and updating EverAfter with more and more functionality With the focus on efficiency in the SaaS space, EverAfter has been a game changer for us!
