Easy and clear with buying and processing

The website is very clear, there are no unnecessary extra's or unclear fields. Use of promotion code always works fine (in case you have on ofcourse). Finding your tickets back when you've lost them is also very easy, this is always handy when you're at the entrance and forgot where you saved your ticket.
