The most valuable tool is the "correspondence toolbox". ESUB was developed by a trade contractor and an attorney (married & probably talked enough to come up with this) These are prefilled documents to, ahem, dave your ass if you are a specialty trade contractor and know the glamor of GC contract reading. Delays, disruptions, + many more. Attach a photo to the field doc (from daily field note photos- our company requires 3 a day) and well, your are now dunking on a GC my friends. I've had consultants tell me the value, and it's all in the magical little toolbox.
