I like the ability to be able to easily plan my routes for my sales calls. It helps me make the most of the time I have and the miles I drive, and allows me to hit my goals more easily than if I were just flying by the seat of my pants.
The eSpatial team has created a powerful platform. It is effortless to get data in or out of the software. eSpatial quickly identifies the addresses in the data and maps it out. Yesterday uploaded a list of event tracks across the country and promptly identified and generated a list of customers. Still, I believe the best feature is the team backing up the software. Powerful software comes with some complexity, but with eSpatial, you just need to select that "Help" link in the lower right. You will find a knowledgeable and helpful person on the other side. So refreshing and superior to a chatbot or a terrible guide document (Microsoft!).
Ability to visualize large sets of TAM data across our entire market, and break up territories in a way that was mathematically "fair". It transformed pissing matches between sales reps/managers and sales operations into data-driven discussions about TAM and conversion rates rather than emotional battles over who owned what territory and why.
