Great Customer Service Team

The team has been crutial to my onabording into my new role. I have never used Eploy before and so it has been really great having such a supportive team. First via Amy Nibbs and secondly through my awesome account manager - Chad. It really is refreshing to have Chad on board. It feels like a genuine conversation every time we meet - he cares and understands needs very well and takes time to listen and take action quickly.

Eploy has made a real difference to our recruitment processes

It has improved our time to hire, and reduced the amount of money that we previously using recruitment companies for our appointments. It has made our onboarding process quicker and more efficient, and candidates enjoy the process. The success team is really helpful and supportive, and is always ready to help with system changes and queries. Hiring Managers love the visibility of their vacancy, and have really embraced it.
